DMCA Policy
Dedma Store is an online platform that enables users to design and market their own T-shirts and other merchandise. We strictly prohibit the use of our services for creating or selling items that infringe on intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and related rights.
If you believe that a user of Dedma Store has violated your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedures below.
A. How to File a DMCA Complaint
Upon receiving a valid notice, Dedma Store will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content (text, images, graphics, etc.) in good faith.
- Terminate services for repeat infringers.
To file a DMCA complaint, please send the following information to our Designated Agent:
- A description of the copyrighted or intellectual property you believe has been infringed, including registration numbers if applicable.
- Identification and location (URL or detailed description) of the infringing content on the Dedma Store platform.
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement affirming your good faith belief that the use of the content is unauthorized by the rights holder or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or digital signature.
B. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice
If the complaint is valid, Dedma Store will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible for the content.
- Terminate access to the service for repeat infringers.
C. How to Submit a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. This must include:
- Details of the content removed or disabled, and its prior location on Dedma Store.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was wrongly removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court where your address is located, or where Dedma Store operates if you’re outside the US, and that you’ll accept service from the complainant.
- Your digital or written signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Dedma Store may forward it to the original complainant and inform them that we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless legal action is initiated.
⚠️ Important Notice
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents material or activity as infringing may be liable for damages, including legal fees.
